R Irvine to [Under Secretary] James Wallace: the cannon and shot [from the Henry] are to be lodged in the queen's warehouse in Ostend. The bombs sent from Dunkirk to Ostend have been sent back on the Aramanthe. Dispositions of the enemy. Works on Dunkirk harbour. An embargo on privateers between Boulogne and Dunkirk. News of the Brest fleet. Mr. Blakeney, appointed consul at Nice, was stopped at Cologne and imprisoned at Lille. Dated at Flushing. ff. 145-147
