Holdernesse to Boyd: he finds his letters dry and uninstructive. He is not satisfied with his conduct; he must write to him punctually and to him alone. He must be particularly informed of all points of business which fall within his department. Those that do not write to him cannot expect to receive letters from him. Dated at Whitehall. ff. 27-29
