Description

R Irvine to [Under Secretary] James Wallace: the vessel with guns and shot [Henry] which was forced into Ostend is to be unloaded and the cargo kept until the peace; the ship may depart. Captain Thurot to command the Aramanthe, Belle-Isle and Terpsichore in the north seas. Harbour works at Dunkirk, where galleys are to be constructed. The Fulvia and a cutter will cruise separately in the North Sea. Dated at Flushing. ff. 142-144
