He has received from his lordship [Holdernesse] copies of the king's speech to both houses of parliament and the addresses to the throne. The Dutch speak of a quadruple alliance between themselves, Spain, Denmark and Sweden. He encloses a letter from Ghent. Dated at Flushing. ff. 107, 108
