Suspension of Mr Robert Osborn, member of Privy Council; Osborn disagrees with governor's policies, makes his opposition known in particular through Morning Journal newspaper he jointly owns. Enclosed: correspondence between Osborn and governor, including petition signed by approximately 119 workers in Parish of St Andrews (Osborn's constituency), bringing to attention destitute conditions of some parishes, particularly St Andrews, which lacks sufficient medical provision. Colonial Office: agree warrant for Osborn's removal.
