Article criticising the government in Morning Journal newspaper; Governor called for proprietors Mr Edward Jordon and Mr Robert Osborn to resign their offices of custos and member of the Privy Council. Correspondence enclosed between parties involved. Colonial Office: unnecessary as Jordon resigned willingly, Osborn has promised to disconnect himself from paper.
