R Irvine to [Under Secretary] James Wallace: details of the locations of French winter quarters. The French killed and wounded at St Cast are reported to be 1,100. The ships Le Fulvie, Le [sic] Comtesse de La Serre, a new snow from Dieppe and Le Moissonneur will sail from Dunkirk when they can find hands. La Terpsichore is to sail for a secret destination. The embargo on privateers applies to all ports other than Dunkirk and Bayonne. Dated at Flushing. ff. 92, 93
