Description

R Irvine to [Under Secretary] James Wallace: the four large vessels at Dunkirk are being loaded with rice. The privateers at sea have not sent in any more prizes and it is thought they will sail for St George's Channel. The new frigate is La Terpsichore. A report that the Austrians have taken Dresden. Dated at Flushing. ff. 30, 31
