Death of Chief Justice, Mr. Darnell Davis; Walker's opinion is that, instead of appointing Mr. Shervington as Chief Justice, he would recommend Mr. Woodcock, the Chief Justice of Tobago to be transferred to Grenada, move Mr. Atthill the Chief Justice of St. Lucia to Tobago, and promote Mr. La Caze, Attorney General of St. Lucia to the post of Chief Justice and Mr. Mallet Paret, the unsalaried Solicitor General to be Attorney General.
