Mr. Shervington; application for appointment as Attorney General; various related enclosures; another application was made by Mr. Edward Ross of St. Vincent, but Walker declined to submit it due to"his share in the late discreditable outrage in that island which led to his resignation as a Member of the Executive Committee."
