Cumberland to Bedford: he has met with the Hessian generals to discuss the extraordinary charge of their march homewards, for which he has advanced them 50,000 florins. They are to have bread and forage at the same rate as the Hanoverians. Requisitorial letters must be sent. The question of the Wolfenbüttel troops is not yet settled with the prince of Orange.
