- 1) Ysmongere complains of the wrong and damage done to him by Wengham and others before the king went to Gascony.2) Ysmongere further complains of Wengham that he purchased an attaint against Wengham concerning his acquisition of a house and land at Wokestede, but when he came to sue and to attach he was imprisoned by Wengham.3) He further complains that Wengham and Aubre took him to Guildford where Ysmongere gave his writ to Amotesham who destroyed it, and put Ysmongere in prison.4) He was delivered by Roucestre.He requests remedy and that he can recover his damages and his land.1)
