- The king is requested to appoint some justices to take fines from all the former adherents to his rebels and enemies who wish to come voluntarily and confess their adherence; by this measure the king will have profit and the community of his land will be put at ease.1)

- Coram rege.2) It is the council's opinion that, if it pleases the king, this should be done.
