- The commons request that it be ordained that no sheaves or other victuals be collected by bailiffs or ministers from poor people of the commons, and that they can have attaints against those who do, as such things are still collected despite a statute that lately ordained on this.
- Nature of endorsement
- A writ is to be sent to the sheriff to proclaim that no bailiff is henceforth to collect if it is not reasonably due, and if it is found that they do they are to be punished by the justices of the peace and heavily amerced for each suit which they wish to sue for the king or for themselves before the justices or by writ before the justices of one bench or the other.
