The commonalty request remedy as frequently writs of debt are sued against executors to their great distress so that by deceit amongst them one makes default and the others appear so that they save their issues and the process becomes infinite and the plaintiff is left without recovery.

Dated tentatively to the second and third quarters of the fourteenth century on the basis of the hand.
