1) The people request that the merchants of the other companies of Florence be constrained to make satisfaction for the debts of the Pulci company as they refuse to come to England to make satisfaction despite letters of protection and conduct.2) They request remedy against the Ammanati company of Pistoia for their money, the merchants having withdrawn from the realm.

The petition seems to date to 1306 when entries in the close and patent rolls suggest that the Pulci family were being pursued by the king and their creditors and were fleeing England (CPR 1301-7, p.415; CCR 1302-7, p.426).
