1) Seint Alban requests grace and remedy as Dragheswerd came and stayed at his house, taking the keys from his bailiffs and taking his beans, hay and litter without making an assessment, tally or indenture so he is unable to recover the debt.2) He further requests remedy as Dragheswerd entered his dovecote and took his doves, and entered his fishery and took his fish without warrant.
