Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is undated and has no supporting evidence beyond a reference within the petition requesting remedy for the soul of King Henry. The petition is clearly early and because of the reference certainly of Edward I's reign, and although it is likely that the petition is early in the reign, a speculative range of dates of c. 1272-c. 1300 has been adopted.
