King.
Nature of request
1) Wytteneye requests remedy as she was beaten and imprisoned for complaining of the size of a loaf bought from the wife of William Trotyn to her great damage.2) Wytteneye requests a writ to bring these people before the king to answer the trespass done to her as she lost her child by their mistreatment.
Nature of endorsement
In Chancery.

Note
The petition is undated and has no supporting evidence beyond a reference within the petition requesting remedy for the soul of King Henry. The petition is clearly early and because of the reference certainly of Edward I's reign, and although it is likely that the petition is early in the reign, a speculative range of dates of c. 1272-c. 1300 has been adopted.
