- Swynnerton requests a writ to the justices of Assize in Staffordshire to proceed in the assize of novel disseisin brought by him against Wrottesley for two marks that Wrottesley has disseised him of as part of a grant of £40 from farms in Staffordshire, and which was put in his patent by Wrottesley's suggestion. The two marks are of Swynnerton's inheritance but the justices will not proceed because of Wrottesley's patent.
