Wolbergh requests a remedy in salvation of his life and to have his lands and chattels as, although Wolbergh's father was granted his lands by charter by the earl of Surrey to be held freely, and he and his ancestors are free, . . . has claimed him as his villein and imprisoned him.

He should have a writ of replevin and process upon this at the common law, and a writ of oyer and terminer if the party wishes.
