- Whitewell requests so that he is not disinherited, that he can come to his right in his land, rent and services in Kilthorpe and Ketton which were wrongly purchased by Bereford, whose men have driven out Whitewell's bailiffs and he is not able to have rent or service. The lands are now in the king's hand following Bereford's felony.
