- The abbot and convent request that their charters be confirmed in accordance with the answer given to their previous petition presented at York and including the purchase of the manor of Hendon for which they were granted a licence.

- They should go to Chancery and the charter should be confirmed according to the grant of the king so that if any article is prejudicial to the king then it is to be taken out just as is customary in Chancery.
