Tenants of Wensley and Snitterton.

Nature of request
The tenants request that an enquiry is made as to whether Roger de Wensley had chattels on the day that he committed the felony, being indicted of the death of Coterel, or whether they had been given to others. If it is found that they had been given to others they request that they are not wrongfully charged for them.
Nature of endorsement
The tenor of the record and process of the eyre are to be brought into Chancery, and the chancellor is to call William de Herle and the other justices to view it and do justice and reason.
