- The atte Waters request remedy as John son of Robert has sued a scire facias against the land tenants of Weston concerning a recognizance made between John and Weston. The sheriff of Sussex has returned that the atte Waters are land tenants though they are not, and John son of Robert is seeking execution to levy their lands and chattels.
