- Waldeshef requests remedy as Cubeldyk has alleged that he was charged to Tuchet at the time of Tuchet's forfeiture for the manor of Harpswell which Tuchet had granted to him and his heirs quit and discharged, and disturbed him by frequent distresses.

- Faithful men are to be assigned in Chancery to inquire in the presence of the keeper to see if Waldeshef was charged with the £10 or not, and return the inquisition, and if it agrees with the petition then the keeper is ordered that the distraints to be made should be superseded, and the distraints made by released.
