Nature of request
Walraund requests remedy as he has petitioned to two separate parliaments of the present king for certain tenements that came into the king's hand, which now ought to revert to him, and despite an inquisition finding for him, and a search in the Exchequer confirming his right, he has been unable to have execution. His father leased the tenement to Nicholas Walraund for his life who in turn leased it to Stratton. The tenement came into the king's hand by Stratton's forfeiture, and Nicholas Walraund is now dead.

The petition is to be ordered before the justices assigned to hold the pleas of the king along with all the documentation concerning the matter that are in Chancery the complaint of the party and the arguments of the sergeants of the king are to be heard, and justice is to be done.
