John West states that Richard de Penbrigg leased his manor of Ayot to him, and then expelled him unjustly, before his term, taking all his goods and chattels in the said manor. He also claims that Richard has twice harassed him with oyers et terminers, leading to his imprisonment and his having to pay extortionate sums of money.
