- This petition is enrolled on the roll of the Michaelmas parliament of 1320: although the Latin summary is not quite accurate (Voil already holds for life: he now wishes to be able to pass on the lands to his heirs), the identical endorsement shows that this is the same petition.CPR 1313-17 p.78 is dated 12 January 1314.
