The Abbot of St. Victor-en-Caux asks for a writ to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer to allow a debt of 100s. that he owes to the King against a debt of 100s. 4d. that the King owes him.

He is to show the bills in Chancery and have a writ there to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer, that they are to allow the abbot the 100s. due by him to the King in those 100s. 4d. that the King owes etc.
