- Agnes de Valence states that while she was under the King's protection in Ireland, John Fitz Thomas entered her lands there and stole her goods and chattels. She complained to the King at Lenton on 10 April in his thirty-first year, and was granted a writ to John Fitz Thomas to return her lands and stolen goods, and to pay her damages. He has refused to do this, but rather has continued to rob her. She requests grace and a remedy, in accordance with the King's will and the orders given to his Chancellor by his letters.
