Margery, daughter of Joan le Traili, the widow of Alexander le Esquilyer, states that the Bailiffs of Colchester have seized Alexander's lands, tenements and rents into the King's hand, and that they have also seized all the lands and tenements which she inherited after the death of her mother, Alexander's wife, in which he had no right except for term of life by the courtesy of England. She requests a remedy, that she might have the lands, tenements and rents that she claims to have by right.

She is to have a writ in Chancery that the Bailiff is to explain the manner of the capture.
