Nature of request
Thomas Tregoz states that his great-great-grandfather leased the manor of Drayton in Sussex to Robert Tregoz for term of life, but that after his death, his wife wrongly continued to hold the manor, and her son gave it to Queen Eleanor, the King's grandmother. After a further exchange, the reversion was granted to Bartholomew de Badlesmere: because of whose forfeiture, it is now in the King's hand. He requests a remedy.
Nature of endorsement
