Nature of request
John Tregoys states that John Tregorrek held certain lands for which he made an agreement under statute merchant with John Eyr and Robert Gyon, with the result that, when Robert Tresilian disseised him, they sued to have of these lands, and granted all their estate in them to John Tregoys. He was seised for a long time, but, because of the treason of Robert Tresilian, the lands have been seized into the King's hand as forfeit. John asks the King to order the Chancellor to make restitution to him of these lands.
