- Mabel, widow of Nicholas Trymenel, complains that she was disseised of her manor of Moreton by John Trymenel, and that he has prevented her suit to recover it by various means, in collusion with Roger de Aylesbury, sheriff of Warwickshire, whose daughter he has married to his son. She requests justice and a remedy.

- Roger de Aylesbury was sheriff of Warwickshire between 4 February 1327 and 1 March 1328, and between 24 October 1330 and 3 February 1333. The petition and its response suggest that he is the current sheriff, so the petition must date from one of these periods.
