- Berduk de Til asks the King and council, in consideration of his eighteen years' service to Edward II, that he might be granted Bedorede in Les Landes, which is worth £10 annually, for term of life or term of years, or, if not, that he might have the issues of that £10, until a debt of the wardrobe owed to him is repaid.

- He is to have a writ to the Seneschal and Constable, that they are to deliver it to him to that value, on sufficient security; and after that he can sue for the remainder.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- Piece 5436 of C 81/190 is dated 6 Edward III (25 January 1332-24 January 1333). In this petition the petitioner appears to hold the land, and petitions against a claim from the husband of the alleged heiress of the man who forfeited it. This petition would therefore seem to date from between the start of Edward III's reign and 1333.
