- Owen ap Thewelyn states that he petitioned the last parliament to have delivery of certain lands of his inheritance which are in the King's hand, and that this petition was answered that a writ was to be sent to the Justice of South Wales or his lieutenant to inquire into the contents of the petition and to inform the King in Chancery: but that the Justice and his lieutenant have refused to do this. He requests a remedy.
