- The executors request that it is ordered that they be paid the sums owed to them by the king when he was earl of Chester for fish taken for his use.

- Let it be ordered to the treasurer, barons and chamberlains of the Exchequer that when they have viewed the tallies and accounts of the then Wardrober, if they find that the king was served of the fish, and the debt is still due, then payment is to be made or a suitable assignment as quickly as they are able, receiving etc. and charging etc.
