Somery requests remedy as the keeper of lands in Berkshire detains rent which is due to them from tenements in Basildon that are in the king's hand by the forfeiture of Beche.
Nature of endorsement
It is ordered to the keeper of that land that if it can be established that the rent is owed according to the form of the petition, then he should pay Lucy the rent from henceforth together with the arrears and the king will give him an allowance on this.
