Slikburn requests that the bishop be ordered to the bishop of Durham that he do justice to her by which she is able to receive her land in Cornforth in which she was jointly enfeoffed with her husband. Her husband alienated the land in fee, but the bishop is not able to grant certain writs by which Slikburn will be disinherited.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be ordered to the bishop by a writ that he do justice according to the usages of those parts.
