Nature of request
The petitioners request remedy as they and others were appealed by an approver in the gaol of Nottingham of a robbery made in Bokenhammore in Suffolk though no such place can be found as is attested by the sheriff of Suffolk before the justices of gaol delivery at Nottingham, and they reside in prison, the approver making the appeal because he was judged to death.
Nature of endorsement
Let a writ be ordered to the justices of delivery that they order a writ to the sheriff of Suffolk, that he make jurors from the people of the county come for the deliverance of the petitioners notwithstanding that the sheriff has returned to the justices before this time, that there was not any such place in his bailiwick.
