Nature of request
Copy of a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer ordering them to examine the register of the Exchequer concerning whether the prior of Wilsford has a pension or portion from the church of Skellingthorpe and send what they find to Chancery without delay with the writ.
Nature of endorsement
It is accounted in the rolls of the clerical taxation in Lincoln diocese that the church of Skellingthorpe in the deanery of Graffoe is taxed at 19 marks and a pension to the abbot of Bourne in the same at one mark, and there is no mention in the same roll either in portions or pensions to the prior of Wilsford or any other.
