Nature of request
Shirokes requests that a remedy be ordained as the king recovered by verdict of certain trespasses of goods and chattels of the hospital, then in the hand of the king brought against Wolhous, for which trespass, Wolhous was adjudged to prison, and delivered to the sheriff of York until he satisfied the king. The sheriff has allowed Wolhous to go without making satisfaction.
Nature of endorsement
The sheriff was attached to respond to the king upon the contents in the petition, and to sue a writ to bring the record before the king, and there make execution.
