- The petitioners request that a warrant be granted to them to make a boat to raid the enemy, and that through the warrant they are able to take men who are sufficient for the control of the boat, and that from the gains that they make the king will ordain what he pleases saving only their costs.

- They should make the boat if they wish, but it is not agreed that they are able to take men for the control of the boat.
