- Sutbury requests remedy as he has satisfied the executors of the bishop for a sum in which he was obliged by a recognisance, the bishop having taken his chattels and part of his land until he had had satisfaction. He has been unable to re-enter his lands and the barons of the Exchequer have refused him a writ of scire facias and offered him a venire facias so that he is still held out of his land.
