Sutton requests remedy as certain men secretly maintain Schordych in the country, and menace the justices sent to hear and determine the suit against Schordych for the death of Draycote. They have secured Schordych's delivery by a general writ to the sheriff, though an earlier writ had prohibited the sheriff from such a delivery
