- The abbot and convent request the return of a vaccary called Penantigy and a piece of land called Kyman granted by de la Pole their founder, and of a piece of land granted them by the prince of Wales. They were disseised by Llywelyn ap Gruffudd after whose death the vaccary and land were seized into the king's hand.

- The petition seems to date to 1322 as two writs and an inquisition were produced in response to the petition, the writs dating to 1322 and 1324, and the inquisition to 1324 (CIM 1308-48::no.732). The matter was perhaps delayed by the turmoil in the Welsh March and in England at this time.
