Nature of request
Scobbahill requests a remedy as he has been left without a remedy in the assize of novel disseisin which he and de la Hill brought against the abbot and other for a tenement in Coffinswell as the abbot proffered a charter that he is to answer no plea except before the king and the chief justice.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ of Chancery to the justices of assize to be taken in the county, that notwithstanding the charter they should proceed to take the assize.
