- Stoketh requests that a remedy be ordained for him so that he does not falsely lose his rights in the vill of Kirton which Bromholm gave to him to re-enfeoff his wife, and which Burnham has entered claiming them as the escheat of the earl of Cornwall. He has brought writs for their return, but is too impoverished to proceed.
