Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to?c.1317 on the basis of CPR 1313-17, p.649, a licence for Robert de la Rie of Odiham to grant property to a John de Stourton, and for Stourton to re-grant it to Rie. However, there is nothing to suggest this is the same person. The petition is dated more expansively here, with a notional date some time in the first half of the fourteenth century.
