Nature of request
Stepilton requests that the justices of the Bench be ordered to render judgement on the damages due to him from Robert de Stapleton for the time since the death of his father for the disseisin of his manor of Stapleton. Stepilton recovered the manor but is still awaiting a decision on the damages.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ of Chancery to the justices of the Bench that they should proceed to judgement and execution according to the law of the land.
